US Auto History provides digital history reports (including VIN-based vehicle reports, HIN-based watercraft reports, and Tail Number-based aircraft reports), free tools (including Free VIN Decoder, Free Recall Lookup, Free HIN Decoder, and Free Tail Number Lookup), and an online marketplace connecting Private Sellers and Dealers for Cars & Trucks, Motorcycles, Boats/Watercraft, Aircraft, and Parts & Accessories.
Our reports and free tools are intended to help customers research and evaluate used vehicles, watercraft, and aircraft. They should be considered one source of information among other sources that may be available to a buyer.
2. Marketplace Platform Disclaimer
US Auto History acts solely as an online marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not participate in, process, or guarantee any transactions or payments for marketplace items, which occur directly between buyers and sellers outside of our platform.
Marketplace listings may contain information, details, and photos supplied entirely by sellers. US Auto History does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, condition, ownership, legality, availability, value, or performance of any marketplace items.
Buyers are strictly responsible for independently verifying all important information, inspecting the item, and confirming ownership and condition before purchasing.
Additionally, sellers may purchase Featured promotion for their listings. Featured promotion provides enhanced visibility and placement only; it does not guarantee views, inquiries, leads, purchases, or sales.

US Auto History does not guarantee that a history report contains every event in a vehicle’s, watercraft’s, or aircraft’s history.
Information may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or not reported to the third-party databases from which information is obtained.
The absence of a record in a report does not necessarily mean that an accident, damage event, title event, mileage issue, ownership change, or other historical event never occurred.
4. Third-Party Data Sources

US Auto History does not control the collection, accuracy, completeness, availability, or updating of information maintained by these third parties.

US Auto History does not guarantee that the mileage information is complete or accurate.
